We enjoyed a great sunset paddle while staying in the campground named for the lake. It was a warm night and we enjoyed a swim afterward, and we enjoyed some campsite visitors; three mallard hens that we dubbed “the Ladies”. They hung around camp looking for food and we were able to closely approach them. A bit of Eden.
